Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Origin: 80% Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo | 20% Vistaflores, Valle de Uco (both Mendoza).

Aging: 12 months in oak barrels, 70% French and 30% American.

Alcohol: 14.9%.

Tasting Notes: This Cabernet is defined by its balance. Spices and minty flavours next to red fruits play on the nose in a harmonious way, accompanied by vanilla and coconut flavours. In the mouth, it is a smooth and sophisticated pleasure that combines red fruit with sweet, intense tannins, resulting in a long and interesting wine.

Pairing: Good pairings include steaks like ribeye and sirloin, served rare to medium-rare; braised beef short ribs; roast beef with mushroom sauce; burgers with or without rich/smoky toppings or blue cheese; roast lamb; filled/stuffed pastas with strongly flavoured sauces; grilled Portobello mushrooms; rich and creamy cheeses with robust flavour (Camembert, Gruyere); and hard cheeses like aged Cheddar and Gouda.

Serving Temperature: 14° to 16°C or slightly cooler than room temperature.
