Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir.

Origin: Campo Grande, General Roca, Ro Negro, Patagonia, Argentina.

Aging: Not aged in oak. Aged in the bottle at the winery for a minimum of 4 months before shipment to market.

Alcohol: 13%.

Tasting Notes: Translucent ruby/violet colour. Aroma of red fruits, delicate floral notes, mint, a hint of vanilla, and a touch of coffee. On the palate, it has excellent acidity, with lively tannins and a long and fruity finish.

Food Pairing: Suggestions include pork, chicken, simple poached or roasted salmon; trout, flounder, sand dabs, sole and similar fish; Thai stir-fry with meat and mildly spicy Thai red curry dishes; tomato-based pasta dishes, asparagus with mushrooms or pancetta; roasted beets drizzled with good olive oil; pomegranate or cherry-based condiments; mild or creamy cheeses such as fresh chvre; ripened Brie; and aged cheddar.

Serving Temperature: 12C to 15C (cooler than room temperature).
