Carmelo Patti Cabernet Sauvignon 2006

Tasting Notes: Deep red in colour. Bouquet of red fruits and spices. Soft presence of tannins. Great body and good structure, with a good and lingering finish. It is aged in French oak barrels for one year, which enhances its chocolate and spice bouquet.

Carmelo Patti Malbec 2006

Tasting Notes: If you are in the mood for love, this is your wine. It intrigues you with caramel, vanilla, chocolate and mint on the nose and then wraps you in its web of deep dark cherries on the palate. And once you are caught, it is pure cashmere with a beguiling fruity and cocoa finish. This is one vixen of a wine!

Carmelo Patti Gran Assemblage 2006

Tasting Notes: Intense dark ruby colour. The nose and palate evoke jammy red currants, strawberries and dark cherries, along with cassis, black pepper, spices, minerals, and earthy dry leaves. This beautifully complex wine has an exquisitely long finish.

This is the signature wine of a master winemaker.

Grape Variety: Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Franc
