Hom Sparkling Wine Extra Brut 2010

Tasting Notes: Elegant yellow-green with a silvery shimmer. Persistent fine bubbles. Continuous intensity; excellent visual impression. Subtle aromas of toast, hazelnuts, very mild honey, flowers, and a very delicate dash of lemon. Its flavour is floral with white peach and tart apple, elegant yeast and hazelnuts, and semitart lemons and grapefruit. This festive and attractive sparkling wine has an excellent finish and outstanding balance.

Grape Variety: 70% Chardonnay; 30% Chenin
