Pinot Noir "Les Champs Martin" Jean-Marc Josselin (Saint Pourçain VDQS) 2008
Tasting Notes: Pale ruby, medium density, pinkish rim. The first nose is quite delicate and flowery.
With aeration, the red fruit and spice characteristics start to come out; and both follow through on the palate,
which is velvety and round, the fruit unaltered by oak. There is a good balancing acidity to the finish.
Perfect served slightly chilled, this wine makes a good apéritif. It will also nicely accompany many types
of white meat and fish dishes (though not with heavy sauces), salads, and fresh goat cheese.
