Tasting Notes: Lemony straw-yellow colour with golden hues, clean and bright. Very fine, full and complex aroma of green apple, aniseed, a touch of tropical fruits, and a lovely, bracing minerality. Dry and delicious on the palate with ample body and aromas clearly evident on retronasal. Citrus flavours lead to notes of green apple and the characteristic bitterness of the Verdejo, with a perfect balance between alcohol content and acidity.

The 2009 vintage was the third-place finisher among the top 10 best-value white wines in European stores, at the Weintest 2010 competition (as chosen by a jury of well-known German sommeliers, chefs, and wine journalists).
